We are seeking a strategic, consultative Account Executive to support growth through strong relationships, thoughtful conversations, and meaningful partnerships. This role centers on turning interest into long-term collaboration by understanding real business challenges and aligning solutions to measurable impact. You will help maintain momentum with prospective partners, guide pilot initiatives, and represent our offerings in the market with credibility, empathy, and clarity.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys early-stage growth environments, values trust-building over transactional selling, and works comfortably alongside product and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Development And Growth

  • Build and manage relationships across key accounts, warm leads, and strategic partners
  • Maintain consistent momentum with pilots, partnership discussions, and referral opportunities
  • Establish trust through ongoing dialogue and responsiveness

Consultative Sales Execution

  • Lead sales conversations focused on solving real challenges rather than pushing products
  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover goals, constraints, and success metrics
  • Position solutions around outcomes, impact, and long-term value

Market Representation and Feedback

  • Represent the product in market by demonstrating, listening, and adapting to real-world needs
  • Gather insights from conversations and pilots to inform product and strategy decisions
  • Share customer and partner feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and leadership teams to align sales efforts with broader strategy
  • Support pilot execution and testing with partners and clients
  • Contribute to refining messaging, positioning, and partnership approaches

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong relationship-builder with experience in strategic outreach and account development
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving partnership structures
  • Clear, empathetic communicator with a bias toward action
  • Background in consultative selling, particularly within SaaS, healthcare, or training environments
  • Hands-on and practical, with experience supporting pilots and testing solutions alongside partners and clients
